What ice cream in AZ, only in air conditioned malls. So seriously, is there an east coast law or coast gaurd regulation about leaving your fenders out????? specifics please...or is this just a snottie marina yatchie thing in the hamptons.

...regulation about leaving your fenders out?????
If fenders deployed whilst underway, notice of intent must be accompanied with proper display of henweigh.

Never had fuel tank holddowns. PO had boat stickered from previous USCGA courtesy inspection. A twist & trick required to remove tanks intentionally.
