I only got our Mac by trading/swapping for a car and motorbike....don't think my wife would have come at "hey dearest I want to spend $30000 plus on a trailersailer"....did it by stealth instead...got the boat and slowly moded it to what I/she wanted bearing in mind that any mod which made my wife more comfortable made the ownership easier.Sailing is passion for me and my wife goes along....as long as its comfortable,safe,etc etc....sometimes it would be easier to have a powerboat which tows a sailing boat or Hobie sailing canoe or something like that.
