Havent been sailing in 3 weeks due to soccer tourneys/ cross country and mywife training for a marathon.
Why not get her in shape while you sail along? :D

I usually launch at either Treman Marine Park, or Cayuga Lake SP depending on when I want to run NOrth or South

Ithaca YC will guest slip me (with the Pines Restaurant a short walk up the hill) ..up North end I anchor, or slip through the Cayuga Seneca Canal and stay at Seneca Falls tieups.

ALways spend a sunrise at Montezuma to watch the birds too!

Im going to squeeze in another Nantucket run, weather permitting, so that might squeeze out Cayuga this year...

Lets post a New Event on the Events Board, or EM or PM me if you want to try get together Kenoten!!

Sad fact is she's not the one that needs to get in shape, no her shape is quite nice, it'd be me on the pedal floaty thing.
