Arrrgh, that makes em' "Outlaw Pirate" shirts!

ARRGGG the artest pirate is my hero. Even if it is copied from the web. I thought I reconised the Pearl's 500 sq ft black and pink spinnaker, it is now moored in Tacoma WA.

Does this mean that those of us who purchased the shirts are guilty of dealing in stolen goods?
Do I need to contact an attorney now or do I wait until they read me my rights?
This leisure time sailing is more complicated than it appears.

Both of those sites seem to lack a claim to copyright. So I'm thinking the pics are fair game.
