I'm hoping to make it tomorrow. (I have to get final approval from the admiral). John, I'll give you a call later today. January is the time I start thinking about all the mods that I'm going to get done in the spring, but never actually get done. I go to the boat show for some inspiration. Hey Geoff will we be seeing you there? Looking forward to meeting some more Mac sailors.
Ps I'll remember to bring the light saber

Hi Rocky
Sorry I won't be making it this year.
I invited John to stop by my place on his way home, but he never got back to me.
Have fun

Well, that was fun
It was great to meet all of you great guy's and gal's. It sure took the sting out of the grand I laid out on my much long awaited inflatable and if we hadn't had to leave so soon for my family post-xmas thing, it wouldn't have been so hard to have found a nice restaurant somewhere in TO, after being done with the show, to get to know everyone better. I hope some (or more) of us can put paid to that in this year's season with a proper rendezvous - on the water or otherwise. I promise my poor navigational skills, as demonstrated yesterday, will be corrected for a more timely arrival on the scene!
Mi Casa, Su Casa next time anyone's in my area, and needs a bunk and brekkie for the night.

Like Ross, Sheri and I enjoyed the get together.
It was too short to really talk with everyone though. Even if I don't get a permanent tow vehicle I will rent one this summer to do some sort of trip to the TO or Georgian bay area for a group sail.
It was nice putting faces to the characters on the board,
Rob

Yeah Rob we are a bunch of characters aren't we? It would definately be great to get the group together this summer.
Crikey, I know you'll be able to do a lake crossing this year.(so start getting those renovations on the house done, will ya?

)
Geoff sorry you couldn't make it, John did mention that he may drop buy your place after the show. . . but he also mentioned something about going for a ''french trim''

(I hope he didn't sneeze)

The feeling of a tight schedule and not enough time was a pretty universal theme for us all then! Was great to see everyone live and in the flesh. Nothing wrong with anybody's navigation skills - we all found our way to the hairy coconuts, didn't we?

Oh yeah? Even if they were REAL coconuts on a REAL tropical island? Hey- don't blame me - I didn't draw the hairy coconuts or the horrible map (that was wrong).

Well was a great day being able to meet you's all & like I said just listen for the music Eh !
Rocky
well after I told your son to text his Mom & let her know you'd be getting home late because he told her we were taking him to an X Bar & chipping in 5$ a head for table dances & her reply was Yeh Right , that I gave him my appointment for a french trim & her reply was have fun with that !

. then their was the bowie Knife issue Hmm just how were your "B"s when you got home " from the cat house to the dog house in one quick sweep !!
Yep we all had a good time short but sweet some of us had a few beers while others also ate then when I asked the bar tender if they had any tooth pics so as I could pic my teeth & they said no well I just pulled out my nice big rigging knife & proceeded to do my thing & all of a sudden everyone left
ok I'll bring tooth pics next time

Here's my little acquisition.
http://www.seamaxboat.com/shop/article_ ... DAIR230%26
Got the electric airpump and cover as part of the deal, as well as free shipping.
We've been dreaming of this since last years trip to Massassauga provincial park. Now to find a good deal on an outboard.
Anyone else score some good toys?
