That part of the country is known for their blue roofs...
FYI - That is my favorite part of the country. I visit at least once a year, and own land in the area with saltwater in the backyard that connects to the gulf...

oh you guys are real funny! ok, so now after katrina my blue roof looks even different with half of them off.
On my roof - i'm in the appeal process with the insurance co. If I can keep the rain out with the tarps, I can get what's needed from them. But, all things considered, I'll have to do the 8k work on the roof myself, then try to recover the cost from them. Never the way to go.
On my boat - well, a man's got to know his priorities. Consider Yin Yang to be my therapist. The time and money spend on her does wonders for me. And as an extra bonus, once all this hurricane damage finally results in my divorce, I'll have a nice place to live in!
After Ivan, our company president and some corp support flew down to help us. They told us that someone on the flight remarked about our blue roofed town, 'I had no idea almost every house here in Pensacola had a pool."
Do you like the bimini? It's excellent! I'm changing the slide rail from an 18" to a 60" so I can slide the bimini up over the cabin for when at anchor in the summer rain. The transom rail was the best part.
I'm a happy guy with a blue roof and one beautiful boat.
Eh?

Anyone interested in a roofing party?

For those who are interested, I recently checked Dowsar Marine website to check the rail seats they make and lo and behold, discovered they make a set for the "X" as well as the "M" Now isn't that something...

Sorry, Just got another email from Sharp Marine and they do not sell the stern rails seperatly nor does the factory. Does anybody know of anyother stern rails without the seats?

Yes, The email that I received from Coast Marine stated that it is in the EU package only for new EU boats. If anybody has any more data, please let me know.

Sorry for the confusion RichandLori-- if you go to Dowser's website to check the 26X seats you'll see what appears to be the backstay caught on the starboard rail chair

Has anybody extended the life lines around the stern instead of a rail?

Have you tried Blue Water Yatchs? They handle quite a few add-ons for both older and newer Macs. There web address is
