Re: Where are you on the Google Trailer Sailer Map?
Just wanted to ressurect (spelling???) this thread and see if there are more Mac sailors out there that can/will add themselves to the Macgregor Google Map. It is interesting to go to Google Earth and see all the Macs around the world.
Instructions on how to post on the map and how to view the map are located earlier in this thread. It is not too difficult.
Cheers,
Jim

This thread should be a Sticky. I have upated my info on the map. I see we have a lot of people that have not pinned themselves!

Actually, the tutorial is already a sticky, Travis. Do you think we should make *both* a sticky, should we merge the topics, or leave as-is?

Re: Where are you on the Google Trailer Sailer Map?
Finding the map may be difficult. I never could find anything searching on this forum. I did find it doing a google search. Combining may be an option worth considering. Anything to reduce the 5 or 6 pages one has to sift through to finally find a link that will work. Thanks!kmclemore wrote:Actually, the tutorial is already a sticky, Travis. And check the top posting in that thread (or bottom, depending on if your settings are top-down or bottom-up!)... I've added a link to this thread.

Thanks. Also I must have looked everywhere for the Sticky...except under the Destinations, Clubs, Events and Venues area of the forum. Thanks.kmclemore wrote:Here:FlyboyTR wrote:Also...Where is the sticky you mentioned. I was never able to find where they are. thanks!

Ok I'm now on the map
Nor-Ca is usually on a mooring in Havre Aubert
if I am not gone away for work and if the weather is not too cold.
Othervise she is parked behind the house when not in use.
