Hi All,
To be clear, I/we need some info on San Diego bay and would like company. Is boat launch on Shelter Island available during the Air Race, if not where is next closest somewhere down by Coronado). We will trailer down from LA on Sat AM. and be ready for the Sun Races starting at 2:00 PM, pull out at 5:00 and trailer back home. Plan to sleep at anchor back by the Yacht clubs, dinner and breakfast at San Diego YC. Any better plans will be appreciated.

I plan to walk out and see the green grass, now that the sun has melted the 6 foot mounds of snow at the end of the driveway and the cold rain has stopped falling. Your governor keeps making commercials suggesting we should come out there to work and now you talk about air races and weekend overnights. You west coasters probably think if we do not have bread we should eat cake.
