I see some guy's are finnally seeing the advantage of running multipal headsails that I have been doing for quite a while now. So for those who would like to do this mod I've already done alot of the design concept not completed yet , this plans shows the routes for running the sheets !
Image

Still not shown here are the plans for the outriggers to control the 6ft bowsprit pole extension guy control lines & rope clutches & swivel & fixed power cleats , deck organizers these will have to go onto another page to be readable
Also not shown design plans for masthead swivel adj, sliding backstay on a traveller to support all these rags has been completed & installed
Progress for now inner storm sail forestay deck fitting installed ,
7ft Genny tracks installation in progress I have changed the design plans three times now & finnaly happy with the design had to be simple so as anyone can make this mod at a very reasonable price .
6ft Cruising Spinnaker ext pole made but still working on mounting brkt I was not satisfied with what I thought would work now working on a new mounting brkt concept !
#7 Lewmar aft winches should be installed this wk-end along with mainsheet traveler 2.1 conversion which I copied from some of the guy's on this site Thx !
once I figure I'm done drilling holes in the deck & cabin roof then she will come out of the shop for a mast raising then alot of new coloured sheets to run hope I did all my calgulations right these line sheets are not cheap !
Well must go now trying to chase down some 3"x 6" x 1/4" Alum Angle !!

it would be interesting to see you change direction with all those sails up. me being so new to this, I still think its awesome when i can manage to go wing on wing. not to mention on wing on wing on wing on wing :D :D

John, ya know........it would have been simpler to put on a even taller mast with longer boom, to get the same sail area.

and my fluid mechanics schooling tells me that 6 headsails probably is not going to be very efficient compared to a larger set of sails.....

6 headsails........ :P

I have trouble keeping 2 headsails and the main full.

Taller rig ain't gonna cut it , you see all my rags are on the deck not high aloft and can set for all kinds of situations not likely to set 6 head sails at once but I do have B/B so I'll likely try it with the right crew on board if not just for show but to show that it can be done should be a awsome sight for sore eye's :D
Course I'll most likely get banned from any racing venues :o :P but who cares when your the leader of the pac :o 8) :)

I get the configuration issue, I can even see 3 simultaneaously, I just can't see filling all the little ones downwind.

looks like more of an beat, reach configuration. and the drag of those extras sails will add up. I think the staysail, genaker, asym, genoa is still more than most anyone can fly. FOr the highwinds it seems your storm jib, staysail and a longer boomed main would suffice for maximum drive with minimum heel.

B/B?? Bed and breakfast? I didnt know we were invited up as crew :) :o

WOW--When are you going to engineer a set of retractable outriggers to support all that wind power? AMAZING :!: :!: :!:

I already have a third set of masthead shrouds , a second set of spreaders and an ajustable swivel backstay mounted on a traveler if I did ever fly all six headsails it would be more for show than anything , basically set up to fly up to 4 headsails at once or a Spin, a Drifter at the same time in light winds 8)

I think you should seek some therapy for this. It would appear you are overcompensating for something. :)

Highlander, how long does it take you to assemble at the ramp before launching?
