Whatever!!
Next time you stop by, we'll go food shopping - - - I'm not sure Canadian Bacon is easy to come by in Southern Nevada

I'll have some ribeyes ready just in case.
Rick
PS Although Canadian Bacon cooks better on the grill than regular bacon!!

Canadian Back Bacon tip buy a maple smoked ham and slice 1/16th to 1/8 inch thick and there you go Redneck Canadian Back Bacon.

In Nevada do you even *have* to put meat on a grille? I should think just leaving it on a plate in the sun for a few minutes ought to do it.

Poker Rick is right. When the kids were little we put a little oil on the sidewalk and fried an egg.
