Whatever!!

Next time you stop by, we'll go food shopping - - - I'm not sure Canadian Bacon is easy to come by in Southern Nevada :?: :?: I'll have some ribeyes ready just in case.

Rick

PS Although Canadian Bacon cooks better on the grill than regular bacon!!

Canadian Back Bacon tip buy a maple smoked ham and slice 1/16th to 1/8 inch thick and there you go Redneck Canadian Back Bacon.

In Nevada do you even *have* to put meat on a grille? I should think just leaving it on a plate in the sun for a few minutes ought to do it.
