I designed it, so yeah, I like it with the M. The swelled-up puffin (non-M photo) does fill the round space but, as noted earlier, it just doesn't look right. Besides, most boat marque burgees have some identifying letter or letter-number combination on them, so this follows that custom.

The printer didn't like the artwork I submitted. Said the resolution was too low. They edited it and provided a "proof". I don't like it. It's a FLAG, not a burgee with a bunch of white stuff. I'd rather a solid flag if that's the only option.
Hey Kevin, do you have time to search for the original artwork or redo it in higher res?

I submitted the original file. Doesn't have the "M" but it looks good.

I now have one of the burgees, and I see Ray (NiceAft) has one as well. They’re great!
