Musing about long lost love...

Got home from work about 11 the other night and after a couple of rums (perhaps one to many), I started to think about my last love. I then started looking through old photos and ended up making a film about her which I then posted to Youtube (hope Big Annie doesn't see it)...

Does anybody else have any pictures or stories of their last Lady, and particularly interested in what it was about the Mac that got your blood pumin again

Paul we're glad you're with us - still.
Your films are as good for us as they are for you & chronicling your family. Kids grow fast. Thank you for sharing.
I remember when you considered selling Little Annie (II). Not a crime, I don't think you'll sell boating. Your films make me wish I was down under.
It really is amazing what Rum can bring up

Thanks for the comments lads, yes Gaz, VERY glad we didn't sell Little Annie. With younger children (but getting on myself at 45!), the Mac seems to be pretty much the perfect compromise, especially for the area where I live
Our new plan is to keep Little Annie for at least 5 more years (maybe 10). I will eventually go one of two ways, a) a smaller more traditional trailer sailer of say 23ish feet (sure wish we had your Montgomery 23s here because the look just seems to get my heart racing), or b) move up to a keel boat 5 or 10 feet bigger. Will have to wait until the time to decide....
One thing I can say is, as long as I can walk, I will never be without a sailboat of some description, I just cant see any better way to relax,,, well except maybe for having too many Rumbos
