Santa brought me a nifty collapsible LED lantern for the boats. It was otherwise a boat-free Christmas, though I got lots of other things I needed/wanted.

Getting to buy my boat this year was my Christmas present (and birthday, Easter, Columbus Day, Halloween, etc.) - and I'm absolutely good with that. Just need more time to sail.

I got a new pressure pump and faucet for the galley. Since installing the 31 gal tank I feel bed watching her pump away at the current faucet. It would take her a week to empty it.

As mentioned, get your FAA number. It's $5 and I think refundable if you do it now. And know the regulations. Also, people are weird about drones. They seem to think these things are spying on them and want to shoot them down. There is a growing disdain for drone pilots. Be prepared for the police to be called on you from ignorant bystanders.
Also, check out the charger. The charger mine came with is total garbage. These Lipo batteries are weird. They need special care. Storage, balancing etc. And of course LiPos are known to explode so charge them in a safe location. I ruined 4 of them by not storing them with the correct charge.
