have hair line cracks around anchor points.
Has anyone repaired this problem, on starting the work and finding difficulty removing nuts behind internal double molding.
Can just reach fixing maybe a box spanner would do the trick? would anyone know the size to use !
Also can this area be reinforced?

Yes, pics please! It sounds like you are talking about the fiberglass around the chainplates? The flat stainless steel straps used to attach the shrouds to the hull of the boat?

You need to host your photos someplace else. eg: Photobucket.com or tinypic.com. Tinypic doesn't require an account. You just sit through an advertisement.
Upload it.
Tinypic has a link for "forums and message boards". Copy this and paste it into your message post.
If hosting someplace else like photobucket, copy the link address and paste it into your message. Highlight the link and then click the "Img" button above to create the image link in the post.

Chain plates?
If they are tiny cracks, they are likely in the gelcoat. Not much to worry about and mostly cosmetic.
Post pictures.
