What a wind!

Yesterday we had winds approaching 50 MPH (80.46 KPH). If you think Mac’s have high freeboards, imagine one out of the water on a trailer. The boat and trailer were blown off of the jack stand the tongue of the trailer was on. The stand was under the trailer where the tongue begins.
I have not yet removed the tarp for spring cleaning, but an inspection so far revealed not damaged . I will be surprised, after removing the tarp, if something isn’t bent, or worse.
P.S. We had snow flurries this mornig

Maybe that’s normal for Montana, but not here.

Sorry to hear Nice Aft got her Aft kicked Ray. I hope there was no damage. You don't mention house or tree damage, so that's good. High straight line winds can do a number - doesn't have to be a tornado to do damage.
Glad it wasn't worse!

The weather that NiceAft had on Thursday sounds about what we had here. On Tuesday I was thinking of turning on the AC in my TEMPORARY WORLD HEADQUARTERS. On Thursday, it was almost like a blizzard. Not a lot of snow, but gale force wind gusts.

Mother in law lives in the Northwoods up by the UP. I've seen it snow in late May up there. Not much but wth. Only 4 months a year without snow.

The good news here, if she lives in the UP of Michigan, she's probably a Green Bay Packer fan, instead of a Detroit Lions fan.
