I am having trouble accessing the stern block to remove fix and replace. it. Cant get underneath to do the bolts. Any suggestions?

What are you calling the stern block? The mainsheet block/blocks?
The hardware on the starboard side should be accessible by crawling in underneath. In theory if you remove all the foam you could crawl under the cockpit to the port side, though it might be a tight fit.
My 25 has a 5 or 6 inch screw-off access port on the port side of the cockpit, and it’s very handy for accessing the bottom side of hardware that is within about a forearm’s distance, which includes the port mainsheet block. I’m planning on adding one or two others so I don’t have to do as much crawling around.
