It has been a long time coming for this newbie. I was given the 1983 22' in December of last year and have been working hard to get her in the water. There is not much of a season left - but I was just glad to get her out this year. I've got more work to do on the interior - but that can all wait for the winter. Hopefully I can get her out another time or two before it turns too cold.
I had a naming contest with my family, my siblings families, and my parents. Three people said "Puddle Jumper" as a nod to my Coast Guard service. I served for 8 years in the 1990's. I didn't like it at first, but it started growing on me. When my brother suggested it (he is prior service Navy), it sealed the deal.
The first video is from last spring when I finally got her outside and cleaned her up. The second video is from last Saturday when I got underway.

Congratulations! It really cleaned up nicely. Enjoyed the videos - especially the sailing video. Looks like you had a great day for your maiden voyage.

Wow!
Nice work. She really looks so different from the "before".
Great drone shots of the sailing too.
Thanks for sharing.

(A) Nice work. You really put some elbow grease into it.
(B) Video was too short.

When I was boat shopping for my I really considered the Mac 22 and the Mac 25, both great looking, good sailing and useable interior volume. Your refit looks fantastic and Im sure will get plenty of use. Nice work on the videos too, keep posting!
