Larger boat after a Mac? Looking for a few features..

Thought I would ask you all for ideas about a larger boat. A few features I would like are roller furling main, hot water, built in a/c-heat, shower, and a little more room. I want something a few years old because of the heavy depreciation the first few years. Have honed in on the Beneteau 321, and my favorite Hunter 310 (I like the styling). Like the Catalina 310 features like the centerline v-birth but they are still too new. Bounce some ideas around if you have any.
Thanks

I gotta tell you I looked at some of the same boats, for the price, features and living space I ended up with a used Gemini 105 Catamaran.

It took me a while to think about the switch from a mono to multihull but the 14 foot beam (puts you in a standard 34 foot slip) and all the inside space. There are advantages and disadvantages to Multihulls and it really depends on your own individual needs i.e. kids, stability, space, comfort. If you have the opportunity you should try and spend some type on each type, a picture or a review is different than actually stepping aboard one.

Here are owner forums for the more popular sailboats. You can look up reviews written by owners and look up boats for sale.

Hunter - http://www.hunterowners.com/index.htm

Catalina - http://www.catalinaowners.com/index.htm

Beneteau - http://www.beneteauowners.net/index.htm

MacGregor - http://www.macgregorowners.com/index.htm

Click on "Boat Information" and then "Model Information" and you can select different models and see owner written reviews, see photos and boats for sale.

I go to these and drool often.

Yes I have. I only have 1 Chitlun still at home full time and she'll only be here 3 or so more years. My kids dont want to spend the night on the boat anymore (They have cars) and I want to be able to sail at 12 to 15 knots.

HAVE YOU SEEN THE DECK SPACE ON A TELSTAR 28?? (Including the tramps) My kids will still day sail with us.

All we really need down below is enough space for me and the wifee.
