I had two additional photos to add from my previous post.

I thought about building a gantry crane and lifting the boat with a strap, that would have been more work. I'm glad I simply jacked it up from the floor, all it took was a few simple jigs.

I was really surprised how much more stable the boat is on the solid concrete as compared to the trailer. I've hung off the lifelines, and jumped all over the boat. It is not going anywhere. Now I need to start sanding.
