Quick Rig Mast Raising system

Added a mast bail at the connection point for the baby stays used to support the mast while raising. Got it from APS in Annapolis, MD. Then fitted two SS snaps to each end of the mast raising winch lines to allow for quick connects and a screw shackle to the bow cleat for final connection. Seems to work well so far.
