Genoa tracks

  • Boat Type: Boat Type

Installed 1-1/4 T-tracks and Garhauer genoa blocks. Bolted tracks through deck drilling oversize holes, filling with epoxy, and when hard, re-drilling to size. Used 3M 5200 for caulking. Holes remained right above the internal longitudinal ceiling mold, so bolts do not protrude inside through the ceiling. Large holes were made along the ceiling mold, right underneath each bolt, to fit washer, lock nut and wrench to tighten. These holes were covered with white plastic plugs as used everywhere else inside the boat.
