Interior Lighting

I decided to add better lighting to the interior as well as converting the existing stock lighting to LED lights. The result is a nice brightly lit cabin with no huge strain on the batteries. The strip lighting is "warm white" color and is from China on ebay. The sticky backing is sort of weak so I used clear shipping tape to reinforce some of the bad areas and that has seemed to keep the strip lighting from falling off. The strip lighting is on both sidewalls from end of the rear berth to the front of the V-berth on the port side and ends at the galley on the starboard side. The sidewall lights are on a separate switch from the stock lights. I converted those lights to LED also from an Ebay China seller.

I placed it over the hole closed by the plate hiding the winch bolts. The main problem here was to route the wiring to the panel. Just now there is no separat switch besides that at the light itself. Published by: MS Classifieds
