2:1 rudder single-loop uphaul downhaul

This is my implementation of the 2:1 mechanical advantage rudder lines.
A single loop is used for both uphaul and downhaul.
SeaSaw has stern-mounted seats, giving me a well-placed rail/stanchion around which the loop goes so it does not foul.
