I am with Chip all the way. Best mod I did to my boat was a second axel to my trailer! I think that in order to remove all fear from towing add a second axel! DONT goof around with what other people say. ADD THE SECOND AXEL WITH DISC BRAKES! Have you ever heard any one sAY they wish they had one axe...

Rick, I did the 2 axel kit from champion it worked well and no welder needed.

Had the same thing on a suzuki df 50 with 20 hours on it, couldnt find a thing, changed the plugs (the old ones looked new and worked fine at low speed and load) after the new plugs all fine. A long shot but a cheep thing to try.

I am looking for a new head sail, all i need is the stock jib for the 26X CDI roller furler. I have found one local new for 295+tax. Anyone found one cheeper???

I think you are looking at the surface that the seal rides on, the wear is normal, if it is bad you need to get a sleeve on it.

Bobby, You can add a second axel 2 ways, one way is to buy a second axel and all the hardware (springs, new hangers, shakles) and have a shop weld it on. or you can do a bolt on kit basicly it is a frame peice that has the hangers welded on and then hot dipped in galv. I chose this way so i could do...

Bobby,

I did the 2 axel conversion from champion it went well, stright foward. I do have the old axel with drums and springs if you want it. I am in the bay area.
