Clean the gas tanks and put in car cleaner fuel and do a 30 min test run at home.

Bring the fun stuff and the rest you can make a list off. You can have to much if you do not need it. It depends on your lifestyle and location. The baot can get to be small quickly.

Take the wheels off the trailer and inspect bearings, springs, etc.....

Hmm.
My philosophy is to embark prepared as though I will have to be entirely self reliant because I might not see or be able to contact another human. We often don't on some of our trips.
My parts list is on the boat but from memory I can recall this much:
Part of my minimum standard cruising inventory includes:
For the boat:
2 two replacements for each kinds and size of screw, nut, bolt, tensioner or shackle used in the rigging for sailing.
1 spare block large enough for the main sheet or halyard use.
1 replacements for each bolt used in the steering linkage to motor and rudder.
6 spare lines or devices for tying up furled main to boom.
2 spare dock lines, 2 spare fenders and line to tie them on.
1 Spare main anchor for a total of three (two 12lb and one 4 lbs.)
2 spare props for the motor
1 spare fuel filter
1 spare nut washer, cotter pin kit with prop wrench and shaft grease
1 water pump impeller for motor
1 spare light bulb for nav lights
2 spare fuses or breakers of each kind and size in use in all systems
1 spare fuel tank filled and ready to use (for a total of three)
1 spare container each of motor oil, lower case oil
Necessary tools or manuals to use and replace all of the above.

For trailer:
1 spare hub, axle and bearing set.
1 spare lug bolt and nut.
1 spare wheel and tire to match existing running gear
1 spare light bulb or LED or each size in brake, clearance ights.

For people:
1 5 gallon emergency water container filled and sealed
1 spare fuel supply for cooking
1 small flashlight per person
1 spare toilet paper
1 small sunblock lotion and full brim hat for each person
1 life vest for each person
2 throwable flotation devices
1 LifeSling or equivalent rescue device
1 first aid kit containing supples to address wounds that are cuts, punctures, burns, or bites. Plus decogestants, headache, diarrhea, and constipation remedies.
1 spare week's supply of any prescription meds requrired

Remember to carry boat, trailer and vehicle registration and insurance papers with you or certified copies in case of accident or theft.

I'm sure others will have more to add. Be prepared, and enjoy your cruise on Mead. Some interesting play areas or night spots are beaches with sand, some are rock. If you don't have a Keel Shield or Keel Guard on your hull for beaching I highly recommend it
