PowerThruster and 39% fuel reduction

Has anyone used one of the PowerThruster attachments for the outboard ? I have searched the discussion boards but can not find much info. For sale on macgregorowners website (I would post a web link and picture but can not as i don't have enough posts). :(

Claims at least a 30% fuel reduction :)

Anyone any views on what it will do to top speed. Presumably it chanels the thrust so improves low speed directional control when using outboard for steering with no rudders.
