Ladder for 76 v-222

I am looking for options on what type of ladder I should install on my boat. It came with an old pool ladder that to say the least does not work very well, most people who tried could not use it. It is to short bottom rung is around water level, not below. I am leaning toward some sort of permament ladder off of the stern. But I am not sure if there is one that would work. I am thinking it would be nice to find one that has a foldable platform and foldable ladder below platform. I thought I found one once but did not book mark it and have not found it again. Every thing needs to stay close to hull since the rudder needs to be able to turn. The removable ladders I have looked at may be to short. Since this boat has a large distance from top of gunwal to water line.

So if any one can give me suggestions on type or size of ladders that may work it would be greatly appreciated.
