They are good charts Darren, we spent a month in the Cambridge Gulf and got into a couple of ticklish situations especially when exploring the upper reaches of the King and Pentecost rivers which took some thought when setting anchors for the nights as every situation was different and the tidal currents were certainly different in the long narrow guts to the wide estuaries we are used to.
We saw also an example of some blokes going around to Kulumbaru and who didn't get appropriate local advice which is sometimes more important than broad based coastal indicators, they did get there but got caught at Cape Londonderry coming back where three tides meet and strong winds, they were convinced they were going to die and adamantly stated they would not venture out again anywhere and their boat was on the market?
Also saw some blokes heading around to Broome in an RL28 who I was worried about but after being told I was negative shut my mouth the conditions around Sydney including the animals and insects are far different to the Kimberlies or in fact anywhere across the top.
