I guess mostly masochist  :(

Length of marraiges:

#1 27 years (Mother of my two children) she got a house and a LOT of cash (she sold the house eventually but still has EVERY dime)
#2 3 months - - I "knew" her when I was younger - - she got nothing; didn't want anything
#3 14 months - beautiful Phillipina blackjack dealer in LA with a teenage daughter - - she got a house
#4 2 years - - beautiful crazy white woman (drove me nuts) - - she got a house
#5 40 days - - love of my life - - -would still be together had she lived; she died of a bunch of cancers - - we only got married because she was dying -- were together 3 years before that
#6 3 months - - - 24 years younger -- former Miss Thailand (I asked #5 if it was OK to take a shot with this one and she said "go for it". She got a condo in Highland, CA -- - she died in October, 2010 of a drug overdose in San Bernardino and I got the condo back (na na na na na na) and just sold it for 1/2 of what I paid for it
#7 5 1/2 years and counting - - 20 years younger than me (44 looks 35)- - gets up at 5:30 AM EVERY day and goes to the gym to work out - - she's an awards show junkie - - she makes me take her to every awards show regardless of where it is (Grammys, Oscars, Golden Globes, CMA etc. etc. I think that's why we're still married - - the Paparatzzi wonders who the hull she is - - - I tell them I don't know - - she picked me up on Alvarado Street, cleaned me up and bought me this Tuxedo) (I get the tickets from Larry Flynt who we both worked for at one time and he's in love with her so he gets us his tickets, which he doesn't want - - we get first dibs).

See, that's not THAT many!

It appears that Rick has personified the joke that Rod Stewart told... "I'm not gonna get married again. I'm just gonna find a woman I hate and buy her a house!"

Dude - did you have your own "marriage real estate agent"?? I can hear the call... "Okay Bob, I'm gonna get married again...find me a little place I can sign over easy enough and send me a couple pictures." :P

I hope this last one sticks!

They say that in America a man gets married every 15 minutes. I just didn't realize it was YOU, Rick.

Can we have a contest for a new thread title?
"One marriage too many!" or "One ex-wife too many!"

Yes, we can have a contest, but the above two entries don't win because I don't regret any (except maybe #6; the former Miss Thailand 24 years younger who died last year and I got her condo back and sold it for 1/2 of what I paid for it- - it was always in my name because she had a small gambling problem and if I would have let her have it in her name she would have had it mortgaged to the hilt - - - her name was Oi, as in Oi Vey, which should have told me something - - - PM me and I'll tell you why I got rid of her - - - you'll die laughing - - - mostly at me).

Rick

PS And I didn't mean to hijack this thread - - - it just happened :?

Fuse holder I would recommend is Radio Shack's mini blade inline fuse holder. It has a nice little rubber cap that seals it up even.

Sorry to take the thread off topic. :)
