Little Dog ladder out of the cabin

Post by Gypsy »

Has anybody come up with something for a very little dog to be able to exit the cabin of a 26X on his own ?
The Admiral has gotten a Japanese Yorkie puppy . He only weighs about a 1lb , but even when He is full grown , I doubt He will be able to get up and down the ladder on his own .

She plans to bring him along when we move aboard , so He will need a way to go and come on his own. :macx:

Need suggestions , thanks

BTW , His name is Mac , The Pirate

Do a Google search for swimming pool dog ramps, I forgot the name of them. I know they make them for pools but you may be able to modify it to work especially if you have a swim play form. Try scamper pad, that may be the name.

I've looked at the "paws aboard dog boarding ladder" before for our four legged friend. This will prob still be too big for the Yorkie, though. How about you make a little passerelle like ramp out of a plank with either anti slip tape or small thin strips of wood on it ?
