That is a v22.2 in that last picture. I have one that looked just like it before I began altering it.
No way I would put ten people on it.
In fact mine would begin to sink because the water would flow in through the centerboard pennant guide tube, that only rises about a foot above the waterline.
If the keel was down and locked I feel the boat could hold ten people without capsizing.
