Tiny pic would not load my pic so if you pm me your email then I can try and send it that way. Note that the pic does not show the extra cans lashed to the boards but you can see where I attached them with U-bolts.

Agreed. A solar panel will be cheap if you compare the gas savings. Use the extra storage space for drinking water.

I was completing a boating course online yesterday, and the topic of "waste disposal" was covered. It occurred to me that one other logistic issue for longer voyages might include that topic. I have a 13 gallon holding tank in Mac 26X, but I know some folks use porta potties with much smaller holding tanks. Yes, I know the whole ocean is out there, but...just a thought. The USA and it's various states now have some pretty tight rules about how we deal with waste disposal. Again, just a thought! :?

Also..... Enyacc..... Your posting brings back fond memories of My time in the U.S.Navy and sailing along Chin'a coast to Hong Kong , Singapore etc.... Beautiful coastlines. I hope Your voyage goes well. Please Us posted :D Ron. :macm: Dauntless.

the voyage ETD beginning of March. For feb, i will prepare the boat, repaint the bottom, fix some unknown issues. then waiting for the weather window. Usually the wind is more mild during March.
the boat is in shanghai already. will post some photos once we start the voyage.
