We have a lifejacket policy on deck under all conditions...even anchored in 18" of water

Us too, LIFE JACET ALWAYS past the ladder. He fell off once, a year and a half old, while on anchor. Right off the top deck..sploosh. I think I was in next to him before he bobbed to the surface in his PFD. I have had night mares of my kids and water...even though I was a competitive white water kayaker for years and have swam countless class 4 whitewater rivers I hold the highest respect for water. It only takes inches, small kids stress me out on a boat period, even when tied up.

Good for you for holding that rule...anyways.....here are a few,


This lake is so clean you can drink it as you swim, all glacier/mountain fed.


turned out to be a baby boy!....aka..more crew!


we ate well this summer, caught lot's of these giant Gerrard Rainbow Trout. The magma BBQ went all summer.

Anchored in Icy Straights, mouth of Glacier Bay.


Out in the tender with humpback whales lurking everywhere. Got stuck on shore for a bit while they explored around the boat.
