Macgregor / Tattoo 26 Facebook Page
Hi
Being an overly excited Tattoo 26 owner as of August last year, I thought it would be a great idea to establish a Facebook group where like-minded enthusiast / Nutts can post photos and videos of their exploits.
We have over twenty members so far. Let’s see if we can get it to over one hundred.
The group is as follows:
Macgregor / Tattoo 26 Owners Group
Happy sailing
Lance Baldwin
Gold Coast
Australia

Probably best to join one or all of these rather than make another group that spreads too thin.

Re: Macgregor / Tattoo 26 Facebook Page
I'll say it again, but I suppose it's like banging a tin drum in the wilderness...
Facebook is a nice place to chat with friends, but it's really nothing more than a fleeting conversation. Anything you post has to be looked at within about a month or so... after that, it's virtually impossible to search for anything. So, as long as you've got a short attention span, I suppose it's a great forum. But if you want to post things that folks will see for years and be able to look back upon when they face a similar problem or need information... well... I'd like to think this forum does a better job. And if you're looking for a "group where like-minded enthusiast / Nutts can post photos and videos of their exploits"... well, I can't think of a bigger or more world-wide 'group' than this one... and one can certainly post links to photos and videos. And as noted, there are already quite a few Facebook sites for MacGregors... and each new one just dilutes and fragments the community and the message.

Forums like this are the best means for hashing out ideas and searching years of valuable knowledge.

I think there's a big difference between plain fun and useful exchange of information and experience. Facebook is just for fun, this forum is for eeeh, well, the more important things. So I embrace both concepts.

Ok...So I had no idea what the heck this was
I was focused on the blue missing the interior white and stared at it for about a minute thinking it was some kind of bizarre string bikini drawn in paint
Then I got it, I guess I need to go get some coffee
