Same as these,they look awesome, really make the cockpit look neat and tidy compared to without the covers.

I made mine myself only cost be about $20

Really easy, the hardest part was working out the right overlap.

I allowed about 1 1/2 inches on each side and about the same for the top, the bottom was slightly smaller maybe 1 inch overlap, these are finished sizes of course so the cut out size would be around 4 inches wider and around 3 inches higher than the tank locker hole (allowing for 1/2 inch seams)
