I have the opportunity to pick up a local 73 Magregor 24 1/2 and wanted to see what specs I could find on the boat. Are there any websites that might direct me to things to look out for, layout, rigging, reviews, etc. ? Any help would be appreciated.
You may be confused, as the Venture that year was simply a Venture 224! Which was the 24 foot version, with the addition from previuos models of an additional inner liner, and poptop option. The original 24' did not have these. I know, because the 1973 Venture 224 was my 1st sailboat....ever!
