What you guess is a current price of a 19'?
I've used Craigslist, Search tempest, Facebook, Kijiji, the many 'sell-your-boat' websites, etc.
A. Pretty hard to find
B. A wide range of prices due to years back they were sold.
I am handy, but not interested in a fixer upper. Well, always interested in a 'deal', but my intention would not be to buy something cheap and fix as my only avenue.
I would be comfortable spending about 10K USD (12.5 CAD) for a ready to go sailable boat. (factoring in some travel time and expense)
Reasonable?

I've seen them as low as $3000 with no motor needing a lot of TLC, and up to about $8000 with motor, everything in near-perfect condition. I have an ebay tracker for Mac sailboats, and about 1 comes up per year. They do sell fast at whatever price.
