Am I the only one who looks in on my boat once in a while?

Cool thread. Google maps show my slip empty, and I can tell from the other boats that it was recent, so either I had the boat on the lake or on the hard. I did find two boats on the lake, but the resolution was not good enough for me to tell if either was my boat.

Anybody have Google 3D view where their boat is?

Hey, that's a great idea. Anyone can make a 3d pin for google maps. I've done it. I can't remember how.

You mean a shared page for all us Mac owners? I've seen that before. It might have been for my previous boat model (Ooyang Matilda).

Have you tried Google Earth? More coverage that Google Maps, no street view, but in some cases oblique and even 3D views.

My property is too wooded to see the boat from the air. Street view was the only viable option.
Come to think of it, since the last hurricane it may show up on a satellite view next time the take pics.
