Fair Winds And Following Seas......

Post by Rich Plumb »

Well, after nearly 10 years with Plumb Crazy, it’s time to say “Fair Well”. I purchased a Morgan 462 last January and single-handed it down from Bellingham to Tacoma in February. Here it is June and I’ve sold my 26X on craigslist to a fella in Bellingham. I trailered it up there last Tuesday, helped him to rig, launch, sail and moor it at his slip. The slip where Plumb Crazy now resides, is less than 100 yards from where I picked up the Chieftain in February. The circle is complete.

It’s been good knowing you all.

Rich,

All the best with the new boat. She looks great. You can still post. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested in seeing some pictures of the boat doing her thing.

Congratulations Rich and family: What is amazing is.............the Admiral and I have been looking at a Gulfstar "Hirsh" 45', and will, if purchased, transfer her out to San Diego for our west coast condo !!! We will keep "THE RESTLESS TWO", as I really enjoy her in the Pamlico sound. On the west coast, we believe a keel boat is nesessary to beat up to the northern climes, always at sea. Enjoy, life is short, glad you did it when you could. Best wishes for all your plans. Alice and Stew of "THE RESTLESS TWO".
