Shipping boat and need help w/ dimensions

Post by csmurray1 »

My family and I are moving to Alaska in July and the Air Force is helping me ship my Macgregor 26x. I was hoping people could help me with the dimensions. I do not want to pull the boat out of our slip just to measure the thing then put it back. I need total length with trailer, width, & height w/ mast down. Thanks for the help.

32' with engine down, 33' with engine up, 8' wide. Sorry couldn't measure mast as it is currently up.

Here is a LINK to a previous discussion on dimensions.

Trailer WIDTH: (Not counting Goal Posts) 96"
LENGTH: (Trailer tongue to engine down, minus rudders) 29 ft. 3in.
MAST LENGTH: (Minus light) 28 ft. 1/2 in.
MAST HEIGHT (down) 117" +/- ...mast down attached at pulpit adds to overall length of BMT package. Mast can be removed from traditional transport location & secured to boat within BMT dimensions.

Edit add: Adjusted BMT length +6"
