Can you provide any pictures or further description? Matt in Quebec1 may be near you and able to render some better assistance 'en Francais'.

I don't think Roger Macgregor does bi-lingual instuction manuals (Tabernac!) but I may be wrong and it could be worth a call to California to find out....

Bonjour SimSim,

Par vent faible le mât ne suit pas l'orientation du vent.
Le principe de rotation du mât n'est pas très efficace comme le pense son concepteur.

J'ai un M26 sur le Lac Champlain et j'ai la même situation avec mon mât.

HAVE YOU TAKEN THE BASE OF THE MAST APART? It should be a single 3/8 bolt plus a small sheet metal screw. Once the base is off you should be able to remove the vertical bolt which seperates the mast attachment from the base. There is a washer in there that should be clean and well greased for easy rotation.

Tanks I try to grease my washer and I Will go with feed-back

But anhoter question, the problem can be cause by a bad angle of the mast ?

Mine didn't rotate until I installed a bearing washer. Lubrication and loosening the bolt might help.
