26X Table Cushion

I just bought a 99 26X and just realized there's no cushion for the cockpit table when it's stowed to create a berth. Is this normally supplied? Any idea where I could purchase one?

My wife hates the stock interior covers also, I've seen discussions of replacement Softop covers but they seem to be discontinued. Any current vendors for these?

The factory sells cushions for the table top for the M model. I'm not sure if the tables are the same size, but they're likely very close. I believe it's $40, and you can purchase one by contacting Mike Inmon at factory sales (www.macgregor26.com).

There isn't a standard cockpit ( up top) table nor a cushion for the salon table .. It uses cushion s from other places on the boat

I have a 99 so is identical. Previous post is correct. You use the seat backrests to cover the table and this lies flat with the 2 seat bottoms on either side of the table. You can use the seat backs since the forward table seat has to come out of it's support holes and you take off the seat back from the rear seat that is attached to the toilet wall as both of these placed length wise next to each other fill the table top space. Have done this myself when we have guests and this provides a very comfortable bed. Hope this helps.

I remove the bottom cushions and use a twin air matress instead. The back rest cushions stay in place.

Terrific, thanks folks. It didn't occur to me to use the seat backs, makes total sense. Hopefully I'd have figured it out eventually, but that's what the forum is here for!
