We are heading there to meet Tim from cruising the Channel Islands on Friday at 2 harbors. we will be on Channel 72. See you there.

Rolf,

Venture Yacht Club from San Diego has several boats going to Cat harbor on Friday the 15th. Most trailer up and leave from San Pedro but a couple of larger boats will sail from San Diego. We will anchor and raft up near the dinghy dock. Most will return on Monday. Give me a call (boat name is Windbarry) on Ch 68 - look forward to meeting you.

There has been some morning coastal fog. I called the LB Port Authority and they said to monitor and call in on Channel 14 the day you are leaving to see if any container ships are headed in your direction.
By 11am today the clearing is easy 1 mile. I put a 1/4 clearing before I leave which today would have been 10am.
