I have sailed my M for hours holding 40 to 45 deg heel.

Not great for speed
30 is best
But i was out there with double reefed main and 30% headsail
So there was not much more I was willing to do to get the heel down
Mind you 90% of my passengers would never like that amount of heel
So I only go out in conditions like that solo or with another sa sailor who can handle that.

R/S Not bad for a guy who wears a skirt EH !
Ok here are some awesome prime examples about how much your Mac can take. I highly advise you don't try the no hands thing solo without another boat around to pick you up if you fall overboard. Also guys in Canada who wear skirts are manly, trust me its a Canada thing. Don't doubt it or they will prove it by squeezing on a bag while simultaneously blowing on a pipe :D :P .
