Shift & throttle cables? Twice, while one the water, I've been able to replace them, because I had them onboard as spares. The alternative when I didn't have them, was to swap the two, in both the control box & at the motor to restore throttle at the helm & reach over and shift at the motor - with cover off - to continue the trip.c130king wrote:I don't see the point of carrying some of those things...hard to do some of those repairs on the water.
Alive & kickin'! Randy & Fred are back together with a new album, under the name Bachman & Turner, released a few months ago. While new material, it's a typical collection of their hard driving & jazzy bit influences that they were known for over 35 years ago. While not as polished as the older recordings, the magic is still there, Randy's guitar and Fred's gravelly song voice. Absent tho, are Robbie Bachman & Blair Thornton.BTO............BTO???????? are they still alive...

Just kidding...I'm SURE I'll be duplicating a lot of this stuff in just a few weeks when I pull mine into the backyard...this is very helpful stuff!
